Delivery

• All full-priced orders are processed within 2-3 working days of placing the order (5-7 working days for sale orders).

• On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

• Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

Other points to note

• We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. also there are some countries are not shipped on a DDP basis and therefore require payment of duties and taxes at the checkout or upon delivery.

• All orders are sourced from our factories directly.
